NEW SKYLINE IN PARIS WITH THE TRIANGLE TOUR
NEW SKYLINE IN PARIS WITH THE TRIANGLE TOUR

The Tour Triangle, designed by Harzog & de Meuron in 2006, has been approved by the administrative court of Paris and will change the skyline of the French city.
The beginning of the work is set for December 2019 and the conclusion is set for 2024: 4 years to give shape to the tower that will be built in the Porte de Versailles area, in the heart of the Exhibition Park, and will be the first building so high (180 m) to be built in the center of Paris after the Montparnasse tower (210 m).

To characterize it will be a trapezoidal shape which, generated by the rotation of the north and south axes on the rectangular lot, has also been designed to reduce the shadows on adjacent residential buildings. The façade will be simple and in crystal in order to make the building perceptible in different ways. Its 41 floors will house offices, shops, a luxury hotel with 120 rooms, a sky bar, a panoramic restaurant. Time for new skyline also for the French capital that looks to 2020 already in the sign of innovation. “Engineering, study of materials, design, innovation and creativity: this new building has everything it takes to make its mark, becoming a new point of identification for Paris” says Roberto Rescia, Ceo of Cover Hat.
